And then we met Linda!Linda has been absolutely phenomenal in helping us navigate this crazy market. She was calm, patient, responsive and very accommodating. She took the time to understand our requirements properly and advised us on next steps without being pushy. She shared very valuable insights about the home, location, neighborhood - good and bad. If we had any questions, she would get on her phone rightaway and make sure we get an answer! She never rushed us into anything and at times when we would get caught in the market frenzy and tried to rush, she would help us take a step back and review our decision properly. We saw close to 40 homes with her, some that were probably out of our budget too but she never seemed to mind and instead encouraged us to take our time and see as many homes as we could even in the crazy market. I was looking out for different things in a house than what my husband looked out for and Linda was always able to make sure that both our wants were present in any home we considered. As first time home buyers, she was able to point out key factors about a home that we weren't aware of/weren't thinking about. Linda kept the fire going through it all, always available on a whim to go for viewings so that we were part of the game, especially in the competitive marketplace we faced.
