We were getting nervous just hearing about other people's experiences of bid wars, their frustration and feeling of hopelessness. And then we met Linda!Linda has been absolutely phenomenal in helping us navigate this crazy market. She was calm, patient, responsive and very accommodating. She took the time to understand our requirements properly and advised us on next steps without being pushy. She shared very valuable insights about the home, location, neighborhood - good and bad. If we had any questions, she would get on her phone rightaway and make sure we get an answer! She never rushed us into anything and at times when we would get caught in the market frenzy and tried to rush, she would help us take a step back and review our decision properly. We saw close to 40 homes with her, some that were probably out of our budget too but she never seemed to mind and instead encouraged us to take our time and see as many homes as we could even in the crazy market. We saw close to 40 homes with her, some that were probably out of our budget too but she never seemed to mind and instead encouraged us to take our time and see as many homes as we could even in the crazy market.
